We have ideas and experience to make the most of your existing valuable space, converting your garage into whatever your family needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Planning Approval advice<\/strong><br>\u00a0<br>We can give you specific advice on whether your garage conversion may need Planning Approval, usually the same day as your enquiry. Planning approval by the Local Authority is not normally required for a garage conversion, but if it is we will take care of everything for you.<br>\u00a0<br><strong>Building Regulation advice<\/strong><br>\u00a0<br>Local Authority Building regulation approval is always legally required when converting your garage to living space. We produce the necessary drawings and specifications ourselves and make the application for you.
